About The Business Owner
My name is Reche Johnson and I welcome you to DeGuildred Designs. The offspring of a desire to positively-impact the world using the God-given talents I have received, a love of games and graphic arts, a dash of morbid curiosity, and the need to scratch a creative itch, this Florida-based company was started in 2023, and officially launched in the summer of 2024.
I am grateful to the Almighty for the chance to pursue some of my artistic endeavors, and hope to share and enjoy my art and graphic design journey with all of you. Thank you for stopping by.
Mission
I believe that we are all given talents to use and invest in ourselves and other people while we are here. This simple statement has never resounded more with me than it has now.
From my earliest memories, I've always loved reading, learning, drawing, and writing stories, and even gamed a little in the early 90s, but unfortunately life can sometimes rob us of the time and effort we would otherwise invest into our natural talents. Recently, I decided to reinvest my time and energies back into cultivating these talents and sharing the fruit of my labor, especially after being told to hide them for so long.
Vision
While maintaining the values of dedication to God, family, and producing quality work, it is my hope that I can use my life experiences to educate and guide others through art. I hope this may inspire others to discover their own talents, and find their place in this mosaic we call life. Along the way, I'd also like to make some nice art to share with everyone...that would be cool, too.
Mascot
My mascot -- a shape-shifting, dragon entity called "Imerei DeGuildred" -- is a daily reminder of how flexible, and enduring I (or any person, for that matter) must be. She's undergone innumerable revisions and changes; had successes and made many mistakes; been the hero, the villain, and the gray in between; and yet, she endures, learns, and adapts under the guidance of the Divine to thrive.
